Return and refund policy

1. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

The seller's return policy, for products sold on our website (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund and you are no longer entitled to request a return.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends fourteen days after the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, physically takes possession of the goods or the last good, if it concerns a contract for multiple goods that the consumer has ordered with a single order and that are delivered separately. If 14 days have passed since you received the item, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To benefit from a return, the item from your order must be in the same condition as when you received it, never worn or used, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (such as a copy of the receipt) for the item you wish to return.

If your return request is accepted by the Seller, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without a prior return request within the specified time frame will not be accepted.

2. RETURN PROCEDURE

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform VOGANY  of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example by email) to the following address contact@vogany.com.

You will have to pay the shipping costs for the return of your item yourself.

Depending on where you live, it may take some time before you receive your exchanged item.

You must include a CN22 or CN23 customs declaration form and label the package as "returned goods".

If you are shipping an item with a value over $75, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.

3. RETURN POLICY

To comply with the cancellation period, you only need to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires, which ends from the moment the item is handed over to the carrier.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

DAMAGED ITEMS AND ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER

You must check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the delivered item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.

This will allow us to assess the problem and make our best efforts to resolve it as quickly as possible.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

By exception to point 1 above, certain types of items cannot be returned.

The following items cannot be returned, and therefore, refunded:
• perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants);
• personalized products (such as special orders or custom items);
personal care items (such as beauty products).
• hazardous materials and products, liquids, gases, or flammable products.

EXCHANGES

In the event that you wish to obtain a different item than the one that was ordered, we recommend that you place a new order and proceed with the return of the unsuitable item.


4. RETURNING PRODUCTS

To process a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. After contacting us by email, you will receive a return address to which you can send your products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

5. REFUND

If you request a refund in accordance with the terms of this policy, we will send you all payments we have received from you (except for any additional shipping fees resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard free delivery offered on our site), immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day we received your request.

Refunds (if applicable)
We commit to informing you as soon as the Seller has received and inspected your returned order. We will let you know whether your refund due to this return has been approved or not by the Seller. In the event that the Seller approves your refund request, you will be automatically refunded the amount paid for the returned item(s) to the same account linked to your original payment method, unless you have expressly agreed to a different payment method; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. Please note that the processing of refunds by banks and various payment organizations is subject to their own timelines, which we cannot control.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card issuer as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. A processing delay is often necessary before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
The policy remains the same for sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are free and valid for all items, including damaged ones or if you have sizing issues. Only the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift card will be sent to you. 

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the recipient chose to have the item shipped to them first and then give it to you later, we will send them a refund and they will know that you returned the item.
